Job summary

A dynamic organization in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead HR management activities. The role involves overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations while promoting a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess 3-5 years of HR experience including supervisory roles, and be fluent in English and one other language, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices. This position is based in Jakarta Utara.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team, contributing to the development of our human capital and the enhancement of team cohesion.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end human resources management, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee offboarding.

Lead and implement team building initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, promote collaboration, and cultivate a harmonious and motivated work environment.

Develop, review, and optimize HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Handle employee relations matters, provide professional HR advice and support to both management and employees, and mediate workplace conflicts effectively.

Conduct regular employee needs assessments and design targeted training programs to enhance staff skills and career development.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective talent retention strategies.

Prepare and analyze HR reports (e.g., turnover rate, staffing status) to provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, demonstrating expertise in team building and comprehensive HR management.

Proficiency in multiple languages is mandatory: Fluent in at least two of the following languages (Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, English, Indonesian), with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates with proficiency in more than two of the mentioned languages will be given priority.

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, and familiar with modern HR practices and tools.

Strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
