Job summary

A food manufacturing company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a dedicated HR professional to execute recruitment plans, maintain employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and over three years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Chinese is a plus. This role offers a chance to implement HR policies at the factory level and manage employee documentation effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, manufacturing/factory HR background preferred.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor market and Labor Law, with practical experience in employee relations.
  • English must be a working language; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute factory recruitment plans, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee relations, handle onboarding/offboarding, internal transfers, and contract renewals.
  • Establish and maintain employee personnel files, manage daily attendance data, and assist in payroll calculation.
