Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management from reputable University
  • Minimum of 10 years of working in HRGA field, with 5 years in Retail National Company
  • Have good communication skill, good personality, attention to detail and Strong leadership & management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have knowledge of HR System
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Must be familiar with Indonesia labor laws and other government regulations related to employment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with the overall business goals. This involves creating plans to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth
  • Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation and career development
  • Identify training needs and create program to enhance skills
  • Crafting and updating policies such as job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure Compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.
  • Uphold discipline and issue warning letters to Employees who violate the Company Regulations and ensure corrective action is taken
  • Involved in drafting and updating employment contracts
  • Serve as a contact of HR-related employee issues
  • Coordinate and maintain good relation with external parties such as community around company location, government and business partners.
  • Prepare HR Metrics and reports for the Board of Directors
  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop action plan
