Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding.
  2. Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure alignment with local labour laws and regulations.
  3. Review and process every application in the system related to overtime, leave, bonus, etc. Monitor and maintain every process related to absences, shifts, and other issues that occur in the system.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR‑related matters.
  5. Collaborate with other team to identify and address workforce planning needs.
  6. Maintain accurate employee records including internship & outsourcing documents. Accountable for the accurate recording, calculating, and reporting of leaves, attendance, and manpower. Generate HR reports as required.
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
  8. Compute and operate payment of salary, BPJS and individual income tax.
  9. Other work assigned by leader.
