A leading manufacturing company located in Cikarang is seeking an experienced HR-GA Manager. This role involves overseeing HR and GA operations, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and enhancing company efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with 5–8 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our client, a leading manufacturing alumunium packaging company located in Cikarang, is looking for a qualified HR-GA Manager to join their team for oversee HR and GA operations, manage staff relations, ensure legal compliance, and support company efficiency.
Maintain office environment, manage documents and archives, organize meetings and record keeping.
Assist in recruitment/termination, employee training, and manage assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) and budgets.
Formulate HR and GA administrative policies and handle emergencies.
Handle government relations and external public affairs.
Oversee compensation, benefits (like BPJS), and payroll administration.
Handle performance appraisals, performance management, and salary adjustments.
Manage employee relations, including counseling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure all HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field is typically required.
At least 5–8 years of experience in HR and GA roles, with some years in a managerial capacity, is often necessary in manufacturing or construction sector may be preferred.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/databases.
Results-oriented and detail-focused approach.
Ability to maintain harmonious industrial relations.
