A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to oversee HR operations and strategy. Responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, handling recruitment, preparing contracts, and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HRGA experience in the retail industry and a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws. Proficiency in English is essential, with Mandarin being an advantage. This role may require business trips.
Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Handle HR, GA, and Industrial Relations.
Ensure the implementation of key organization HR policies.
Promoting corporate values and drive culture.
Maintain asset, and asset list and ensure the organization permits are in place.
Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Monitor job analysis & work load analysis process.
Responsible for the recruitment and selection process and coordinating the hiring process.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, documentation, and facilitating a smooth transition into the organization.
Responsible for payroll calculation, employee benefits & insurance.
Handle visa and work permit applications for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Min. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law or any relevant major.
At least 5 years experience as HRGA Manager in retail industry with company size more than 500 employees.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Can quickly adapt to the strategic changes of the company and grow together with the company.
Good communication skills in English is a must, Mandarin to be advantage.
Having good interpersonal, leadership, dynamic and has analytical thinking.
Ready for going business trip if company needs.
Proficiency in using Ms Office applications.
