Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programmes that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Providing strategic HR advice and support to managers and leaders across the organisation.
  • Build and maintain a positive and productive relationship between the company and employees.
  • Handle employee complaints and mediate disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and KPI achievements with department heads.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and foster a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
