Job summary

A leading tech firm is seeking an HR & GA Senior Staff - Supervisor in Semarang. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of HR & GA experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. A Bachelor's degree and knowledge of labor law are required. Job Opening: HR & GA (Senior Staff - Supervisor)

Location: Ngaliyan - Semarang
Status: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR & GA

Human Resources

Conduct the full recruitment process, including CV screening, initial interviews, psychological tests (if any), and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Oversee and monitor employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure proper storage of HR documents in accordance with security and confidentiality standards.

Manage HR administration such as attendance, payroll support, employment contracts, and employee data management.

Communicate company policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and readiness to handle industrial relations matters.

Manage all BPJS Employment and BPJS Health administration, including registration, data updates, deactivation, contribution monitoring, and claim processing.

General Administration

Manage warehouse facilities, including building maintenance, operational vehicles, and inventory.

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring proper cleanliness and security.

Ensure all operational needs are met, including office supplies, utilities, and routine maintenance.

Handle GA-related documents and administrative processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Human Resources, or Administration.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & GA, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong understanding of HR administrative processes.

Have a knowledge about labour law.

Fluent in Mandarin would be advantages.

Able to multitask effectively with solid problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
