- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and site management processes.
- Good technical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control.
- Based within a commutable distance of their North Essex Head Office, with flexibility to travel to sites across East Anglia as required.
- Up to £55,000, dependent on experience.
