Job Description: Civil / Structural Engineer - Lead, Leatherhead

Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) is the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.

KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents, offering challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

As a Discipline Lead Engineer - Civil, you will manage discipline teams, oversee manpower planning, work scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting. You will also interface with clients, third-party consultants, other disciplines, and execution centers.

Essential Skills:

• Civil/structural engineering experience in both FEED and EPC phases of process plant design and construction.
• Knowledge of onshore steel structure design, concrete structure and foundation design, storage tanks, buildings, drainage, and preparation of specifications and MTOs.

Preferred Skills:

• Chartered civil/structural engineer with experience in Middle Eastern oil refinery or petrochemical plant design.
• Proficiency in E3D and StaadPro.
• Familiarity with multicentre working, especially detailed design execution centres.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering Design.
• Excellent organizational, technical, writing, communication, and computer skills.
• 15 years of experience in onshore plant design within the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Office-based role with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).
