Electrical & Mechanical Site Manager

Job Description

A leading Building Services company is looking to recruit an Electrical and a Mechanical Site Manager for a large £50M project in Chichester. These are PAYE staff roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services.
2. Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
3. Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
4. Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
5. Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ, RAMS, PPE, etc.
6. Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour on-site.
7. Manage labour and subcontractors effectively.

Previous experience with mechanical and electrical installations on large-scale projects is essential.
