Your purpose:

Part-time opportunities like this don’t come along very often. Are you an experienced and innovative senior civil or structural engineer with deep technical experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power, or rail? Are you now looking for a part-time role?

Our teams are expanding, and you'll be leading on new build nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs, and future fusion technologies. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and colleagues and mentor junior team members.

If you have experience in any of these areas (not all are required), please get in touch:

• Relevant professional experience in civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork and reinforced concrete), research and development, project engineering, or design consultancy.
• Coordination across multidisciplinary projects.
• Leading, reviewing, and designing new building structures, with project ownership.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power, or rail.
• Experience in preparing bids and tenders.
• Management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and sites to meet client needs and deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
