Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should have a background in trades or construction and a passion for progressing into management. This is a hands-on, supportive role overseeing residential property renovations in Northern Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Planning and completing checklists and work allocation lists for properties under renovation.
2. Ensuring property works are completed according to company standards and facilitating smooth handovers.
3. Budgeting and planning for property works.
4. Conducting pre-renovation planning and property inspections.
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
6. Managing and tracking building operations stock.
7. Overseeing building operations and maintenance manuals.
8. Adhering to key targets, budgets, and timelines.
9. Working closely with the lettings department to ensure compliance with gas, electric, and EPC regulations.
10. Coaching, developing, and managing office staff to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, enthusiastic, professional, and a team player. They should have experience managing successful teams, a background in property renovations or trades, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer literacy in Excel and Word is required, along with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
