Job summary
A local autobody company in Surrey seeks an organized office administrator to manage office procedures, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries. Ideal candidates should have the ability to multitask and a secondary school graduation certificate. This is a permanent position involving 30 to 40 hours of work per week, primarily in English.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in related roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills essential.
Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Manage electronic inquiries.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.

- Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years
