What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support for Cardiac Ablation Solutions
- Report complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) as necessary
- Deliver clinical and technical training to physicians and hospital staff on EP mapping and navigation systems
- Promote the safe and effective use of CAS products and associated procedures
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent with over 6 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or related EP mapping experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience)
- Proven experience in technical and clinical support within the healthcare sector
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and medical products
