• Proactively identify, engage, and attract highly qualified candidates across diverse healthcare specialties.
• Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline to meet the growing demands of the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Stay up to date with local labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive experience and strong employer brand representation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment within the UAE, with a strong understanding of the healthcare job market.
• Proven ability to recruit for a variety of healthcare positions, including medical, nursing, and administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, healthcare regulations, and industry-specific recruitment trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve recruitment goals and organizational success.
