We are seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking Sales Director with a strong background in system integrator companies operating in the UAE and GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development account growth and enterprise sales leadership. This role requires a customer-centric mindset the ability to understand client pain points and the agility to deliver tailored on-demand IT solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business IT or Engineering. MBA is preferred.
10 years of sales leadership experience with at least 5 years in a system integrator company within the UAE/GCC.
Strong portfolio of enterprise-level deals and C-level relationships in both private and public sectors.
In-depth understanding of IT solutions such as infrastructure networking cloud cybersecurity and managed services.
Proven success in driving multi-million-dollar sales and expanding client accounts.
Exceptional leadership team management and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to develop customer-specific solutions.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
