Group Financial Controller

A leading global investment firm focused on the natural resources sector is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join its Dubai office. This is a senior-level opportunity ideal for a qualified finance professional with either experience in private equity, venture capital, or asset management.

Key Responsibilities of Group Financial Controller

• Lead corporate accounting, FP&A, and financial reporting across a global group
• Manage and review consolidated accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee tax, VAT, and regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions
• Cash management, intercompany recharges, and FX policy oversight
• Support global restructuring, new entity setup, and process improvements
• Supervise internal finance team and coordinate with external advisors

What We’re Looking For as Group Financial Controller

• ACA/ACCA qualified with strong technical accounting background
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency structures
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing stakeholders globally
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
