The main purpose of the role is to be a key player in delivering the Customer Charter and achieving high customer satisfaction combined with optimized aftermarket profitability. This involves providing service in line with customer expectations and assisting with all relevant functions within the parts warehouse. Ensure the dealership operates according to GVS processes during the phases “Planning”, “On Arrival”, and “Dealer to Customer and Follow Up”.
This position reports to the Parts Controller.
Matric / Grade 12, with a diploma in Warehouse Management or at least three years of warehousing experience.
