A logistics company in Paarl is seeking a Senior Clerk Logistics to manage inventory at their Distribution Centre. Responsibilities include handling fuel orders, supporting truck and route planning, controlling stock takes, and resolving queries from various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least Grade 12 and 4 years of related experience, along with strong computer skills and the ability to work independently. This position is essential for maintaining efficient logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years related experience in logistics or procurement.
Responsibilities
- Handle fuel orders and support truck and route planning for deliveries.
- Control stock takes and manage orders/invoices.
- Resolve queries from depots, customers, and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Assist with documentation control and system updates.
- Perform all office administration related to procurement and logistics.
