Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management.
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Controller.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving and dispatching goods.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Interface with customers to answer questions and solve problems.
  • Maintain item records and utilize reports to manage the warehouse.
  • Coordinate activities with Sales and Services departments.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts for integrity.
  • Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
