Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for our client and t he Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive Direct to Consumer (D2C) and B2B marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves orchestrating cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels, and optimizing the customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute D2C and B2B marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage a campaign calendar, ensuring the timely development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital (PPC, SEO, email, social, programmatic) and traditional media (radio, TV, print, OOH).
  • Lead a team of performance marketing managers across B2B, B2C, loyalty programs, and app marketing, ensuring data-driven execution and continuous optimization.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product, service, and app launches, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful rollout.
  • Oversee loyalty and rewards programs to drive customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Manage and optimize app marketing strategies, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and ASO (App Store Optimization).
  • Work closely with agencies and strategic partners, including media buyers, creative teams, and distribution partners, to execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Optimize media buying strategies, ensuring cost-effective budget allocation across high-performing digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams (copywriters, designers, UX specialists) to create high-converting marketing assets for ads, landing pages, CRM campaigns, and in-app experiences.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, A / B testing, and audience segmentation to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Enhance website and app performance, improving UX, conversion funnels, and customer journey efficiency.
  • Implement and scale growth strategies, including retargeting, CRM automation, push notifications, and mobile app marketing.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure integrated demand generation and lead nurturing.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, tracking performance to maximize cost efficiency and business impact.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in performance marketing, lead generation, and demand generation for D2C and B2B.
  • Expertise in digital and traditional media marketing, including paid search, social, SEO, email, programmatic, TV, radio, print, and OOH.
  • Experience leading marketing teams, including performance marketers, media buyers, designers, copywriters, UX specialists, and app marketers.
  • Proven success in loyalty and rewards program development and execution.
  • Strong agency and partner management experience, collaborating with media and distribution partners.
  • Experience in campaign calendar planning and execution, ensuring seamless rollout of ongoing campaigns and new product / service / app launches.
  • Expertise in app marketing strategies, including user acquisition, retention, ASO, and in-app engagement.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, App Store Ads, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, BI tools, Firebase).
  • Strong data analytics skills, with experience in A / B testing, attribution modeling, and budget optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in web and app UX / UI optimization for conversion improvements.
