Qualifikationen
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Extensive experience in developing global sales and marketing strategies.
- Confident and effective communicator with good written and verbal skills.
Aufgaben
- Responsible for planning the company’s overall sales strategy in both Australian and international markets.
- Develop and oversee brand promotion and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain cross-border distribution channels.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to provide decision-making support.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans for international market expansion.
- Manage and guide the team to achieve marketing and sales targets.
- Oversee the overall sales and marketing budget.
