A 4‑Star, 6‑bedroom Guesthouse is seeking a reliable and organised Guesthouse Manager to support the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate is professional, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative and guest‑related tasks with ease. This is a 3‑month fixed‑term contract from January 2026 requiring approximately 3–4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day operations to ensure the guesthouse runs efficiently.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Managing staff schedules, tasks, and daily responsibilities.
  • Handling guest check‑ins and check‑outs in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Managing bookings, reservations, and guest queries.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers and vendors as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality.
