The Role
  • Manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
  • Take ownership of your department’s budgets and targets, and analyse efficiency to achieve the company’s objective
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure your team meets the same standards by leading by example and providing training.
  • Drive sales and achieving KPI's for your department
  • Plan and manage the rosters of your team aligned with budget and business needs
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
  • Utilise your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
  • Manage and support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
  • Conduct store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
  • Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behaviour for all participants within the workplace.
