This role involves managing the diary of the Chief Technology & AI Officer, handling communication, travel arrangements, and general administration tasks. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Administration, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage confidential information are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience as an office manager and/or personal assistant.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Project management background would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the diary of the Chief Technology & AI Officer and correspondence.
  • Coordinate input for key statutory reporting for meetings.
  • Make local and international travel arrangements.
  • Complete employee-related administration tasks.
  • Manage communication and electronic correspondence.
  • Process supplier invoicing and vendor loading.
  • Perform various adhoc administration tasks.
