Duties
  • Responsible for planning the company’s overall sales strategy in both Australian and international markets, driving the growth of wine, honey, and edible oil products.
  • Develop and oversee brand promotion and marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand identity and enhancing visibility and influence in local and international markets.
  • Establish and maintain cross-border distribution channels and customer relationships, including retailers, wholesalers, and overseas distributors, while optimizing supply chain and sales processes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and sales data to provide decision‑making support for new product development, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify new market opportunities, assess potential clients and business partnerships, and develop plans for international market expansion.
  • Develop flexible product pricing and promotional strategies, balancing market competitiveness with company profit objectives to support sustainable business growth.
  • Manage and guide the team, motivating members to achieve marketing and sales targets.
  • Oversee and manage the overall sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximising return on investment.
