The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide recently qualified apprentices ( with a red seal) with practical work experience allowing them to apply their academic and vocational or practical knowledge in a real-world environment. This programme is designed to enhance participants' employability by offering hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 24 months.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs

- Pattern Maker Trade Test Certificate
- Trade tested within the past 4 years

- Beginner: Basic understanding of tools and safety procedures.
- Intermediate: Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced: Expert-level skills, capable of supervising and training others.
