Job Position: Receptionist

What Will You Do? (Key Responsibilities)

As a Receptionist & Administrator, your main role will be to support the General Manager and ensure smooth operations at the retirement village. Your duties will include:

️ Answering and directing phone calls from residents and visitors.
️ Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel comfortable.
️ Handling emails and correspondence, including application requests and interview scheduling.
️ Typing and filing general documents.
️ Organizing entertainment events, church services, and chapel bookings.
️ Managing ticket sales and payments for events.
️ Taking meeting minutes and sharing them with residents and staff.
️ Handling any additional administrative tasks to support the team.

Who Can Apply? (Requirements)

To qualify for this job, you need:

️ Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
️ Computer Skills: Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
️ Typing speed: At least 40 words per minute (WPM)
️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
️ Excellent communication skills (friendly and professional)
