The Senior Coordinator – Panel Management supports the Head of Panel Management in executing day-to-day operations for South Africa’s official TV audience measurement panel. This role focuses on panel recruitment, installation, maintenance, retention, and quality control, ensuring compliance with internal standards, POPIA regulations, and operational SLAs. The position is critical for maintaining panel health and representativeness, which underpins the reliability of the TV audience currency.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years in panel operations, field coordination, or audience measurement. Knowledge of South African demographics, client governance, and TV ecosystem. Familiarity with metering technologies and panel methodologies. Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
Success Metrics
Recruitment and installation targets achieved; panel churn rate reduction; QC pass rates and compliance with internal standards; SLA adherence for vendor performance.
