The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic and hands‑on partner to Operations.
This role drives people strategies, talent engagement, and performance systems to meet client SLAs and operational targets.
Manages human‑centred culture and brand values.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial, Psychology, or Business (or equivalent).
- 3–5+ years HRBP or HR Generalist experience, preferably in BPO/contact centre environments.
- Proven IR case management experience with CCMA readiness.
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, POPIA).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (MS Teams).
- Familiarity with recruitment portals, database management, payroll systems, HR systems (Excel, Power BI).
- Strong reporting ability to drive operational efficiencies.
