Job summary
A leading technology consultancy in Johannesburg is seeking an HR Analyst to streamline HR processes using automation tools like PowerApps and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include data analysis, payroll management, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and a fixed-term contract of 12 months.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years experience working in a similar field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, data analysis, or HR analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for HR systems automation.
- Lead the design, testing, and maintenance of automated workflows.
- Conduct monthly payroll reviews to ensure data integrity.
