Operations Manager (Motor Industry)
Purpose of the Job:
Ensure the smooth running of the designated area branch, maintain existing relationships with service providers and customers, and elicit new, cost-effective service providers who meet Group Standards.
Key Relationships (Internal & External):
Internal: All branch staff, Head Office (HO) finance, HR, and Company Secretarial
External: Service Providers, Insurers
Critical Experience:
Minimum 8 years at Senior Management level in the motor industry
Critical Job-related Knowledge:
Motor industry, Insurance
Minimum Education:
Matric, Chartered Accountant(Ideal) and/or Engineer
Technical (Systems) Knowledge Required:
Microsoft Suite Intermediate, Online Systems
