Job summary
A reputable automotive dealership in Germiston is seeking a Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned vehicle sales department. Responsibilities include managing sales and marketing activities, motivating staff, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in vehicle sales within a corporate dealership environment, along with strong communication skills and a valid SA driver's license.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Vehicle Sales Manager with Pre-owned vehicles.
- Proven experience with vehicle sales in a corporate branded dealership.
- Valid SA driver's license and clear criminal record.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales and marketing of the used vehicle sales department.
- Meet monthly sales targets and motivate sales staff.
- Report and liaise with head office on monthly sales.

We have a great opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Manager with a dealership in Germiston and Surroundings.
The duties and responsibilities include: Managing the sales and marketing of the used vehicle sales department, meeting monthly sales targets, motivating and training sales staff, reporting and liaising with head office on monthly sales, advertising; evaluations of trade-in and pricing of vehicle stock.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Vehicle sales manager with Pre-owned vehicles.
- Considerable experience with Vehicle sales.
- Experience working in a corporate branded dealership like VW, Ford, Suzuki etc.
- Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department.
- Good communication and relationship building skills.
- Valid SA driver's license.
- Clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
