Job summary
A leading legal recruitment agency in South Africa seeks an experienced Litigation Secretary with a minimum of 5 years' experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation knowledge and be proficient in legal practice management systems. Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential for this high-pressure environment. Valid driver's license required.

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Litigation Secretary, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong exposure to High Court and Magistrates Court litigation procedures.
- Extensive experience drafting and preparing court documents.

- Tertiary qualification for Legal Secretarial or Paralegal Diploma / Certificate would be advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Litigation Secretary, preferably in a senior capacity
- Strong exposure to High Court and Magistrates Court litigation procedures
- Extensive experience drafting, formatting, and preparing court documents, pleadings, notices, and correspondence
- Proficiency in MS Office, legal practice management systems, and electronic court filing platforms (e.g., CaseLines, Court Online)
- Excellent organisational, diary management, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure in a high-volume litigation environment
- Valid drivers license and one reliable transport
