Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant to join a luxury travel company in Bryanston. This critical role provides high-level support to the CEO and Executive Committee, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and organize financial documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Committee.
  • Oversight and reconciliation of client accounts as required.
  • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage travel, accommodation, and expense filing for the CEO.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for special projects.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO,, finance team, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business information.
  • Compile and prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certification in Executive Assistance or Office Administration advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar high‑level administrative role.
  • Proven experience supporting C‑suite executives in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
