Commercial and Program Manager (Education) – Cape Town.

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Educational Program Manager to lead the coordination and commercial aspects of our educational programs at NXG Enterprises.

This role combines program administration with business development, ensuring smooth delivery of our educational offerings while driving growth and partnerships with schools and institutions.

You will manage the sales team, including the Educational Sales rep and Program Admin, while overseeing the operational aspects of program delivery.

Location: Milnerton, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Lead the sales team to secure partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
    • Develop strategies to grow enrollments and promote NXG’s educational services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Program Coordination:
    • Oversee the registration and onboarding process for program participants.
    • Coordinate session timetables, staff schedules, and other logistics to ensure programs run smoothly.
    • Maintain accurate program data using CRM systems and Excel.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and support the sales and program delivery team, ensuring performance targets are met.
    • Collaborate with education specialists to develop and improve program offerings.
  • Operations & Administration:
    • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking.
    • Ensure compliance with educational standards and policies.
    • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate marketing activities and maximizing commercial opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination and sales, ideally in the education sector.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Working Hours:

  • Standard Week: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (Summer)
  • Adjusted Week: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (Winter); Monday to Friday
