Job Description & Summary
At PwC our people operations focus on managing the employee lifecycle and day‑to‑day operational tasks. Responsibilities include onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record‑keeping, compliance with labour laws and employee inquiries. HR processes and systems run smoothly to efficiently support our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new joiner onboarding, including orientation materials and document issuance.
- Track onboarding attendance, prepare QMSE reports and follow up on non‑attendance.
- Issue provident fund forms and process completed paperwork.
- Assist with HC Operations controls, ensuring compliance with firm policies and governance requirements.
- Process invoices from MIE for payment and liaise with Finance for timely payments.
- Support student vacation work payments and coordinate with Talent Acquisition for compliance.
- Assist recruitment processes by arranging assessments, verifying candidates and communicating with Talent Acquisition.
- Maintain data integrity through regular clean‑ups and audit checklists.
- Extract, compile and analyse HC reports to support decision‑making for leaders.
- Support Graduate Recruitment tasks: screening applications, requesting documents, booking interviews, issuing contracts, and maintaining records.
- Performphonic confirmation of employment and confirm internal/external requests.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, Neptune and other HC systems.
- Create requisitions and process hires in Workday.
- Handle ServiceNow requests and resolve queries promptly.
- Validate daily data in Workday, Neptune and other HC systems.
- Identify and contribute to HC process improvements and compliance initiatives.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Suite, Workday, ServiceNow, Neptune and MIE systems.
- Analytical skills with experience handling HC metrics and operational data.
- Proactive, resourceful, resilient in resolving queries and improving processes.
- High integrity, discretion and confidentiality with sensitive HC information.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team and work independently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HC administration, HC operations or related roles.
- Experience supporting graduate recruitment operations and payroll/payment processing is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of HC processes, policies and compliance requirements.
- Previous exposure to Workday, ServiceNow, Neptune and MIE systems strongly preferred.
