This role will manage end-to-end HVAC installation projects while driving new sales across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in the HVAC industry, strong new business sales experience, and excellent project management skills. This position offers a full-time contract in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record in HVAC project management.
• Strong new business sales and tendering experience.
• Ability to interpret building plans and HVAC design overlays.
• Experience managing multiple sites from single-unit to multimillion-rand installations.
• Knowledge of OHSACT and SHE requirements.
• Strong administrative, organisational, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to manage endtoend HVAC projects while driving new business across commercial industrial and residential sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities

As the HVAC Project Management & New Sales Specialist you will be responsible for both growing new business and managing multiple HVAC installation projects to successful completion. The role requires hands‑on site management, strong client engagement, accurate costing and quoting, and full project administration. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Education

• Matric
• HVAC / Refrigeration Certification
• Engineering qualification (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years experience within the HVAC industry
• Proven track record in HVAC project management
• Strong new business sales and tendering experience

• Strong administrative organisational and cost‑control skills
