Job summary
A recruitment agency for luxury brands seeks an HR Manager in Singapore to lead recruitment efforts and partner with retail leadership. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, with a strong track record in high-volume hiring and talent pipeline building. This role requires excellent English communication, experience across Southeast Asia, and the ability to travel up to 30%. The HR Manager will enhance talent capability, drive engagement, and support performance management initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of combined talent acquisition & HR business partner experience in luxury/fashion retail.
- Regional experience across Southeast Asia preferred.
- Hands-on, fast-paced, and solutions-driven.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for SEA retail and corporate roles.
- Partner with store leadership to forecast workforce needs.
- Drive talent market intelligence and benchmarking insights.
