Take charge of payroll processing and payroll management to ensure all mandatory legislative requirements are complied with.
Handle Work Pass applications, renewals and other employment-related required applications.
Generate various HR reports required for internal and external submissions.
Provide support to HR Manager to run the day-to-day HR operations from recruitment to liaising withgovernment agencies and statutory boards (e.g., MOM, IRAS, CPF, Law Society) on all sorts of HR-related matters.
Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent
At least 8 years of payroll experiences in leading role
Good knowledge of statutory regulations and regulatory requirements
Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy.
