A reputed recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business development and strong skills in communication and negotiation. Identify and secure new business opportunities across Singapore through proactive outreach and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce challenges and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
Keep abreast of manpower trends, client demands, and competitor movements in the Singapore market.
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and company growth objectives.
Actively participate in business networking events and represent the company professionally.
Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management in the recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services sector.
Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented, resilient, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with Singapore’s manpower landscape and employment regulations is advantageous.
