Overview

You will partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with corporate goals, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance employee engagement across both manufacturing and commercial functions.

Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Leadership: Lead and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to design and implement strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Develop and execute effective talent management, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
  • HR Transformation: Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process digitalization and the implementation of data-driven HR reporting.
  • Cost Optimization & Budgeting: Provide expert guidance on manpower cost optimization and effective budgeting.
  • Industrial Relations: Manage industrial relations, employee communication, and grievance handling processes.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead and coach a team of HR executives and business partners, fostering their growth and development.
Profile of Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or business partner role.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or an industrial environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM guidelines, and current HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a definite advantage.
