Job Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with all legal statutory regulations and headquarters requirements in the C&B function, such as MOM, employee-related regulations, RBA, etc.
- Ensure competitiveness in compensation through benchmarking with companies in manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and semiconductor industries.
- Plan and oversee the timely execution of annual merit increments and appraisal processes.
- Propose competitive salary adjustment packages, including promotions and upgrades.
- Execute bonus planning and oversee payout activities in accordance with guidelines and approved budgets.
- Drive and participate in annual budgeting exercises.
- Maintain current knowledge of market issues and government regulation changes affecting the company's compensation and benefits system.
- Develop and maintain HR procedures and documentation related to these processes.
- Serve as liaison for HRI and HRMC.
- Drive or implement continuous improvement practices and HR projects within the organization.
Training & Development
- Provide guidance to HR Administrators on Training & Development matters.
- Oversee employees' training and development needs to enhance skills and support career growth aligned with business objectives.
- Source and recommend training programs based on needs analysis using the competency model.
- Act as an internal consultant to design and facilitate learning and development solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, C&B analysis, and training functions.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written).
- Meticulous, flexible, open-minded, and positive attitude.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to engage teams.
- Experience with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.

- Work Location: Tampines
- Company Transport: Morning pickups from Woodlands, AMK, Jurong East; Evening drop-offs to Woodlands, AMK, Jurong East, Hougang.
