Human Resource (Performance, Employee Engagement and Governance) - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Support the Assistant Director in the management and roll‑out of the annual performance exercise for National University Hospital covering all activities related to the performance management cycle: goalsetting, mid‑year performance review, year‑end performance review, promotion, management of appeal cases, etc.
Support the Assistant Director in the management and implementation of the employee engagement initiatives including Employee Engagement Survey and related follow‑up actions.
Support the Assistant Director in the roll‑out and completeness of the annual conflict of interest exercise and annual compliance leave exercise.
