Job summary

A design and construction company located in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist. The role includes managing talent acquisition, overseeing staff onboarding and offboarding, handling work passes, and maintaining staff records.   • Maintain and update staff records and administration tasks.
  • In charge of company-wide training and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in administrative tasks in Sales, Admin and Accounts.

Job Description
  • End to end talent acquisition, which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals and agents, and coordinating and participating in the interviews
  • In-charge of new hires onboarding programme and resignees' offboarding process
  • End to end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups
  • Handle staff insurance and medical issues (renewal, work injury compensation case, security bond etc)
  • Maintain and update staff records, administration of leave, staff resignation, termination, etc
  • In-charge of company-wide training, employee relation and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in Sales, Admin and Accounts in administrative task as and when required
Job Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience
  • The candidate should possess minimally a diploma / degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is a must
  • Preferably someone from the constructions, renovation or equivalent industry
  • The ideal candidate should be a self-starter
