Job summary
A leading power generation solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. This role focuses on providing after-sales support and training to ensure that products operate effectively. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and have a customer-oriented mindset. The position includes some travel across the Asia Pacific. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific and South East Asia Region.
- Mechanical experience with engines (MHI, MTU, John Deere, Volvo) is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and handle customer complaints and product failures.
- Provide after-sales technical support and site services.
- Assist in processing warranty claims from distributors.
- Provide installation, commissioning, and on-site training.
- Maintain close working relationships with key customers.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
