Job Description
Responsibilities
Design and develop technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment to support business requirements.
Perform technical configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle Fusion ERP modules with external systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion ERP-related issues.
Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Oversee the quarterly update process for Oracle Fusion ERP.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
Execute data migration tasks for new implementations.
Create and develop ad-hoc queries based on business needs.
Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving performance issues.
Monitor scheduled jobs, addressing and resolving any warnings or errors promptly.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion ERP features, updates, and best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users and other technical team members.
Job scope will eventually expand to include the support of integration (on Mulesoft) between other systems (e.g. MS Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Anacle Simplicity, Saviynt etc).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Consultant or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including but not limited to Financials and Procurement.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, API and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration tools.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, and related technologies.
Experience in Oracle EPM is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Oracle Fusion ERP certification is a plus.
Experience with Mulesoft and integration with other applications.
