- Lead a small regional IT team, driving strategy and SAP rollouts across Southeast Asia.
- Align and localize IT processes and applications with global standards.
- Manage regional IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with central IT and business teams; share best practices regionally.
- Track KPIs and report on IT performance to leadership.
- Bachelor’s in IT or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 10+ years’ IT management experience, including SAP implementation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
