Ready to ensure our strokes are as smooth as our systems? As an IT Manager, you will ensure our digital infrastructure is always up and running. This includes patching vulnerabilities, optimising our technologies, and deploying solutions. Get ready to interface across departments, debug issues and build a resilient tech environment that supports our swimming community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, networks, and systems for performance and security.

• Manage maintenance including backups, patches, and updates.

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support across departments.

• Ensure optimal functioning of hardware and software.

• Design, implement, and maintain the club's LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.

• Ensure uninterrupted connectivity for all departments and members.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware such as routers, switches, access points, PCs, printers, and servers.

• Monitor network security and enforce best practices to prevent breaches.

• Maintain an inventory of all IT hardware and network components.

• Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment during club events.

• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Head of IT and Management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computing or a related field is required.

• Minimum 10 years of recent experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on systems and network management.

• Prior experience in the Hospitality industry will be a plus.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of system and network administration

• Leadership management experience is not required.
