We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Baker to join our Production Team!

The Assistant Pastry Baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a wide variety of pastries, cakes, cookies ,breads, and other baked goods. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced central kitchen environment.

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, cookies, pastries, breads, and other baked goods.

• Follow recipes accurately while also contributing creative ideas for new products.

• Ensure all baked goods are fresh, high-quality, and visually appealing.

• Monitor ingredient stocks and assist in ordering supplies when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Operate and maintain bakery equipment properly.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill daily orders and special requests.

• Assist in menu development by suggesting seasonal or innovative pastry creations.
