Job Title: Baker / Senior Baker

Monthly Salary: $2,200 – $3,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Kohpan is a growing boutique bakery specializing in high-quality artisan buns. We take pride in our craft and are looking for a disciplined, passionate baker to join our team and grow with us.

• Production: Handle the end-to-end baking process, including ingredient preparation, dough mixing, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Consistency: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency for all baked goods.
• Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of raw materials and assist in stock-taking to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Workflow Optimization: Work efficiently to ensure all orders are ready for daily fulfillment.

• Experience: Prior experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen is preferred. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Baker role. Home Based baker and fresh graduates are welcomed too!
• Certification: Valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate is required.
• Skills: Good hand-shaping techniques and an understanding of dough behavior.
• Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle physical tasks.
• Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Work Week: 6-day work week.
• Off Days: Fixed off-day on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
