Responsibilities:
 

Studio Operations:

• Support online content recordings.

• Update studio deployment to meet faculty needs.

• Supervise and provide training for efficient studio utilization.

• Ensure studio operational effectiveness.

Virtual Learning Environments:

• Recommend suitable development platforms for interactive learning.

• Create 3D models for VR/AR in Technology-Enhanced Learning ( TEL) modules.

• Support the implementation of transparent 3D learning environments.

• Optimize 3D assets for compatibility across various platforms.

Equipment Support and Maintenance:

• Conduct training and deploy new AV services.

• Build good user rapport during application rollouts.

• Ensure optimal return on investment in AV equipment for the University.

Project Management:

• Maintain effective communication with production team members.

• Conduct briefings and gather user feedback for improvement.

• Ensure quality project delivery.

Curriculum and Non-Curriculum Projects:

• Offer creative consultation and input for various projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project schedules.

• Ensure quality product delivery.

Data Management and Archiving:

• Support scheduled backups and content approval.

• Assist in publishing content into servers.

• Contribute to the adherence of in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and archiving standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Video Production, TV Production, Film Production, Multimedia, or related Production fields.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in video production and technologies.

• Proven expertise in coordinating multimedia studio activities.

• Proficient understanding of VR/AR concepts and 3D modeling.

• Familiar with IT services and equipment maintenance.

• Good knowledge in project management.

• Good communication skills.
