Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Sales Team Lead, you will drive talent acquisition, recruitment needs fulfilment, support business development, and act as an advisor in areas of recruitment operation solutions.

Key focus areas include:

• Review, understand, and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients. Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
• Develop potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
• Support in business development by introducing the company’s services to prospects.

The job scope includes:

• Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media.
• Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone / Skype).
• Qualifying candidates through interviews, screening, and reference checks.

Training & Development:

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• With CEI is a plus.
