Job summary
A maritime services company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to handle RFQs, manage customer inquiries, and update information accurately in their ERP system. Strong spoken and written skills in both Chinese and English are preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Good spoken and written Chinese is an advantage to deal with Chinese customers.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
Responsibilities
- Handle RFQs, including receiving, creating, and distributing quotes.
- Download inquiries and orders from customer portals.
- Update information in the company ERP system.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Commercial Director.

- Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating, and distributing the quote to the client
- Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, SisCommerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
- Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager
- Good spoken and written Chinese is an advantage to deal with Chinese customers
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
- Able to work under constant deadline pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
